REFUND POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We accept returns on  and offers you 14 days from when you receive your order to return the item(s) to LIIRÓ DESIGN. 

We will refund the amount to the credit card used for the purchase or it can be exchanged for a gift voucher to the webshop. Returns are at your own expense.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
 

1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and enclose it in the shipment.

We highly recommend that you reuse the bag the products were sent in for the return - we do love when you think sustainable.

2. All items must be returned unused in the same packaging.

3. Please return your package to:

4. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.

5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item.

6. You will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased.

7. Returns are at your own expense but you are more than welcome to stop by our office at Guldbergsgade 29N, 4. floor, 2200 Copenhagen N and deliver your package (Monday – Friday 09.00-14.00). We just need to know beforehand through email.

The responsibility for the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered to us on the listed return address. For your own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by the Buying Act's rules on 24 months warranty. We can not guarantee the gold plated when it is only a surface.
