SHIPPING POLITICS

If the product is in stock it will be send within 4-6 working days. If it is a personalized product which need extra love, there will be a wait period from 7-14 days in order to make it and send it. Very product will be shield by us and send by Bring.

PAYMENT

You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron. All our prices is in DKK and includes 25% VAT.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

LIIRÓ DESIGN offers a 14 day return policy, calculated from the day of delivery. The products must be returned in the original (protective) packaging, be unused and in the same condition as received. If it's a personalized piece it can not be returned nor refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item. If the return is accepted and approved, the refund will be processed according to agreement with the Consumer Protection Act section 21 paragraph. 3 and 4. We refund the amount to the same card used for the transaction. It may take up to a few days for the refund to remain in your account.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by the Buying Act's rules on 24 months warranty. We can not guarantee the gold plated when it is only a surface.
